Hundred Pushups, Day 1

I just completed my first day for the Hundred Pushups challenge. I started with Week 3, Day 1. See my log.

The Essentials

The first thing when one starts a “new life” is setting a direction. I’m a Christian, so my direction is following God. This is the single non-negotiable thing in my life, and so it stays.

Setting Limits

I just noticed how important it is.

Limits on the non-essentials make time for the essentials.

Let’s start with this one: 30 minutes per blog posts, one post a day.

I just broke it.

Zen To Done

I’ve always be interested in organizing things which, I’m starting to find out, is a natural consequence of having no organization in my life. When I found GTD, I thought “This is it!”

It took about two or three years to find out that (instead of a more organized life) all I have is a fairly good understanding of the tools I can find on the net. For long, I thought it was just a matter of time to find the right one. Now I know better.
